At Finch Hattons, we cater for every taste and offer an array of activities and services. From fine dining, lazing by the pool to nature walks, we have it all.

Tsavo Game Drives

Tsavo game drives are done any time and typically last 2-3 hours. The best advised times are either early in the morning or late afternoon. Using one of our open game viewing vehicles, you can experience the quintessential African landscape and the wide range of birds, flora & fauna and wild life that thrive in the surrounding area.

Iltilal Cultural Visits

A cultural visit gives you an insight into the daily life of the Masai. The warm and friendly inhabitants of the village will invite you to share a glimpse of their daily lifestyle from milking the cows to building their “Manyatta’s”, their homes.

Little Explorers Club & Resources Centre

A dedicated area where the children will enjoy activities like bush survival skills, guided walks to learn about the flora and fauna, identifying animal footprints and making their own bow & arrows, to name a few.

Chyulu Sundowners

After a game drive, stop for a sundowner and cocktails with spectacular views. A truly magical experience not to be missed!

Bird Watching

The Tsavo is a haven for bird enthusiasts, home to more than 500 species of birds, with several species residing around Hippo pools and surrounding areas of the camp.

Guided Bushwalks

In the company of an experienced guide, learn about the flora and fauna of Tsavo National Park, and begin to understand how nature lives and thrives.

Chyulu Spa and Wellness Centre

The camp has an impressive spa and wellness centre, complete with an elevated yoga deck where one can unwind while enjoying splendid views of the majestic Chyulu Hills. The spa pool provides the opportunity to take cool refreshing dips under the Tsavo sun from where you can also occasionally spot leopard and other wild game.

Chyulu hikes and Walks

Explore Chyulu Hills through numerous animal trails crisscrossing the park providing convenient routes through the park. Unlike some mountain ranges where you encounter dramatic cliff drops, the Chyulus provide a gentle gradient, suitable for the novice hiker.

Resident Yoga Retreat

We have an exciting yoga package for residents! Join us for a rejuvenating yoga and wellness weekend from 13th – 15th October 2017 right in the heart of Tsavo with Oriane Torode.
